Chocolate Ganache

Yields: 4 Cups

• 
4 Cups Chocolate Chips
• 
2 Cups Heavy Cream
• 
Wire whisk

Pour chocolate chips into a large stainless steel bowl. In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips. Stir with whisk until chocolate is thoroughly melted.

TIP  

 
The ganache can be used immediately or kept in the refrigerator to be re-melted.
